Yes, Quartz-colored blinds provide complete light blockage, just like the Graphite Guard Blinds.

Guard is designed to fit most standard window types, but there are a few considerations.

Guard won't fit windows that are not square. Additionally, the blinds require at least 1.18 inches of unobstructed recess space for proper installation. If your window doesn't meet these criteria, Guard may not be suitable for you.

To ensure correct measurements, please read our Measuring Guide. It's important that your measurements are accurate and precise, as they are crucial for the blinds to fit properly. Incorrect measurements will result in the blinds not fitting your windows.

Guard is low-maintenance. The non-woven polyester fabric resists dust and stains, requiring only occasional cleaning with a damp cloth. No special cleaners or treatments are necessary.

The interior of the Guard matches your fabric choice, while the exterior is always Quartz to reflect light. If you select Graphite, the interior side will be Graphite, but the exterior will remain Quartz. This design ensures a uniform appearance from the outside and is intended to reflect light.

To install Guard, follow our step-by-step instructions in our Installation Guide.

  1. Select a Color Combination: Choose from the four available color options for both the frame and the fabric to find the combination that best suits your space.
  2. Choose Size Ranges: Width Range: Select the range that your window's width falls into. This is a general range, not the exact measurement. Height Range: Select the range that your window's height falls into.
  3. Enter Exact Measurements: Input your window's exact width and height measurements in inches and sixteenths. This ensures a precise fit for your custom blinds.
  4. Add the Product to Cart: Once you've selected your options and entered your measurements, click the "Add to Cart" button. The cart drawer will open, allowing you to review your selection.
  5. Proceed to Checkout: Click on the "Checkout" button. You will be redirected to the checkout page where you can review your order and complete the payment process.

    My second purchase!

    We recently moved into a new home and have tried so many other shades and curtains that promised total blackout in other homes we were skeptical.

    Once we put up our first order we were sold. So easy to put together and install! No damage to the windows themselves which is a huge plus.

    Our windows are so uneven that it’s taken a bit more to get them properly sealed but the result is just amazing. With summer coming up I know this will be cutting our A/C usage significantly.

    Great product. I cannot recommend Guard enough!

    Completely obliterate the light and I mean there is no light coming through super sleep for night working people and when I get up just slides it open and tada!!! Light and for those with window air conditioning it’s perfect will probably order a more in future txs it changed my life

    Bought two. They were a very tight fit. I would have taken another 1/16th inch off length and width had I known. Used a little vegetable oil on seals and was able to get them installed. They work great! No more light leaking in around windows. Love them so far.
