Warranty

Guard provides a two-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase to the original purchaser. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use and conditions. If your Guard product is found to be defective within the warranty period, Guard will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective parts or product free of charge.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects resulting from manufacturing errors and is applicable only to the original purchaser of the product. The warranty does not cover any of the following:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, alterations, or unintended use.
  • Damage caused by external factors, including but not limited to heat, solvents, or physical impact.
  • Damage due to normal wear and tear.

Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It does not cover incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. Guard is not responsible for any labor costs associated with the removal, installation, or reinstallation of the product. This warranty does not cover damages incurred during shipment or installation.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No representative or person is authorized to assume any additional liability or responsibility on behalf of Guard concerning the sale or use of this product.

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at support@guardblinds.com with the following information:

  • Proof of purchase (original receipt or invoice).
  • Detailed description of the defect or issue.
  • Photos or videos showing the defect, if applicable.

Our customer support team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed, which may include returning the product for inspection. Once we review and verify the claim, we will determine if the defect is covered under the warranty. If eligible, we will either send replacement parts or replace the product according to the warranty terms.
