Customer service team sent me helpful videos when I couldn’t close the blinds properly. Their solution worked, my blinds open and close perfectly now, and completely conceal the street lights outside. I’m also happy they had a light colored fabric option as my previous gray blinds (from another brand) were an eyesore. Really nice product. I hope it lasts a long time.

We only ordered for one window to make sure this was what we wanted for our bedrooms. The blind came earlier than expected and the install was simple, as promised. This leaves our bedroom DARK. With how dark it is, sleep comes much easier. The insulating factor is also noticeable. We'll be ordering more blinds for the rest of our bedrooms. 10 out of 10, would recommend!
